3. Orders and Payments
Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed once:
Payment has been received (where applicable)
Artwork and specifications have been approved
Order details have been finalized
Pricing
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time.
Payment
Full or partial payment may be required before production begins, depending on the order.
Failure to complete payment may result in delays or cancellation of the order.
4. Artwork and Design Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, proofs, specifications, dimensions, colors, and text before production.
Box Bettter is not responsible for:
Spelling or grammatical errors approved by the customer
Design mistakes in approved artwork
Color variations between digital proofs and printed products
Low-resolution images supplied by the customer
Once artwork approval is received, production will proceed as approved.
5. Production Turnaround
Our standard production turnaround time is 12–15 business days after final artwork approval and payment confirmation.
Production timelines are estimates and may vary due to:
Order complexity
Material availability
Seasonal demand
Technical issues
Circumstances beyond our control
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are separate from production times.
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, Box Bettter is not responsible for delays caused by:
Shipping carriers
Customs inspections
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Other unforeseen events
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
7. Custom Products
Because our products are custom-made according to customer specifications, slight variations may occur in:
Color
Material texture
Size tolerances
Printing placement
Such variations are considered normal and do not constitute defects.
8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the customized nature of our products, orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.
Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:
The product arrives damaged
The product contains manufacturing defects
The delivered item substantially differs from the approved order specifications
Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving the order.

Customers represent and warrant that they own or have permission to use any artwork, logos, trademarks, text, or designs submitted to Box Bettter.
We are not responsible for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property disputes arising from customer-provided content.
